Our builder recommended that we use their lender. They pre-approved us and everything was good until the day before the close. Since I own my own business, that company decided at the last minute to not do the extra work and do a manual underwriting. I was given David's number by a friend that highly recommended him. David and Virginia were able to do what the other company was not able to do and they did it on less than a month. They are amazing and I highly recommend contacting him!
