Horribly rude nurses. Terrible appointment scheduling. Rudest operator EVER. They stretch out 'procedure' scheduling with zero compassion for a patients problems. Very vindictive staff. I've lost all faith and respect for this bunch.
A minimum two day turnaround on messages. Cannot opt out of robo-reminders, and called to remind me three times of a diagnostic procedure. He has his own agenda which in my case did not align in any way with the two primary symptoms I initially presented with! Then tried to talk me into an aquablation surgery for which I have zero symptoms. Not one! When pressed for answers about the pain I came to him for, they just stopped returning messages entirely. Dr Stanley was very informative on my 92 year old mother’s first visit. However, when I needed them when I suspected another UTI with my mom, the nurse who called me after I sent a my chart message was rude and unprofessional along with showing no compassion for what my mom was experiencing. She was only interested to place blame for the home health nurse who collected mom’s speciman. It was Friday afternoon and there was no lab culture yet so I was asking what to do.
