Everyone is kind and helpful; from the amazing women (one's name is Sam) at the front counter to the nurse that walked me through every detail. Dr. Tillman was straightforward and helped my issue.
As always, it was a wonderful experience!
I have been coming here for years and I always look forward to my appointments. You all do great work and are very kind!
The staff is great usually. Sam in particular is efficient and a good communicator. But ... hygienist reminded me more than once @ rescheduling an apt after a deep clean even though I had a valid reason. Clients don't want to feel as if they are being scolded.
I am disappointed that nobody from your office returns phone calls. Also, Catherine who works at the front is not at all friendly and can be downright rude!
It's always a pleasant experience visiting Dr Tillman and his staff!
