I don’t do reviews normally but Brooke Russell was so helpful and amazing. I have a huge family so of course my whole family came and she was so understanding and made sure to listen to me and not my family.

Shaunelle helped our party yesterday and she was extremely sweet and kind. She was patient with us we tried on many dresses and some of us had to leave early. She made sure everything got done quickly and efficiently!

I absolutely love David’s Bridal of Hagerstown. The staff is so accommodating, genuine, helpful, and attentive. I’ve felt so cared for and assisted in my search for the perfect wedding dress for me. Brooke R. is such a kind-hearted and hard worker. Her positivity and help in picking my perfect dress was so appreciated. I rarely write reviews, but I just had to share my experience with my style consultant Brooke Russell. Brooke really listened to what I wanted and did an excellent job choosing dresses that fit my style and budget. She was very attentive, warm, and welcoming and made me feel special. She went above and beyond making sure the dress I wanted was available and would arrive on time for my special day. If you shop at David's Bridal, request Brooke, you will be so happy you did!

A couple weeks ago I went to David's Bridal and met the most amazing person (Brooke Russell). I am the mother of the groom and was absolutely dreading looking for a dress. I am not a dress person, however after working with Brooke I found the PERFECT dress. Yesterday, my sisters, best friends, and future mother-in-law went to David’s Bridal for my scheduled appointment. Brooke was our consultant and she was absolutely amazing. She was supportive, helpful, kind, and found so many dresses for me to try on and I loved each one. Brooke was the first associate that greeted me and my friend. She was an amazing help when it came to helping size me for my bridesmaid dress. I also have a wedding coming up next year and she was so helpful with showing me color swatches and shoes! She was really nice and I hope to see her again when I come in to buy my wedding dress :)

Brooke was awesome. She was very helpful and loved how she gave her opinion when she needed to. I had a great experience with her and at the store. She really knows how to make a woman feel good about the dress she decides on. I couldn't have asked for a better consultant to have this awesome experience with. I loved every minute of it.
