I just order my dress from David's Bridal in Novi and it was AMAZING! I got the full bridal experience (which I did not get at the DB in Flint). My consultant Kim pick out my ideal dress (which I said yes too) and the Floor manager was so helpful! My bridesmaids and my Mom will also purchasing there dresses from here❤️☹️
Had a great experience! Bought a dress that I decided I didn't like as much as I thought so brought it in for exchange. Ivy was the one who helped me with the first purchase and was great! Melissa and Destiny helped me with the exchange and treated me as if I was buying a dress for the first time. Very helpful. I was very impressed with them and would definitely recommend this store!

Susan is a fantastic consultant! My experience was overall very good. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that David's Bridal is LGBTQ friendly. Susan had previous experience with same sex couples. She helped me find the perfect dress. So happy!
Had the most wonderful shopping experience at this location this past weekend! Saleswoman, Ms. Ekene, went above & beyond with exceptional customer service!!!
