RecommendedI can to this location, due to it being closer to my maid of honor and she needed to get her dress altered. As soon as i walked into the store, two lovely ladies greeted me and were very genuine. The store itself was open and well displayed, I loved how bright it was and the dresses on display looked great! The wonderful gentleman named Jeremy, helped us with the alterations. RecommendedI had the best experience here! If you’re in doubt because of some of the associates listed in other reviews, set up time with Mercedes! She was incredible! She was excited and made me feel so special. She really took the time to know and understand what I wanted and was so encouraging and fun! She helped navigate the wide variety of options and went above and beyond!

Today was my third day dress shopping and Deanna was so very helpful. She made this visit extremely comfortable and I said yes to my dress. Can’t wait to go back for my bridesmaids and flower girls

Just recently bought a mother of the bride dress from David's Bridal. It was a last minute purchase and I was a bit frantic and frustrated. Despite my issues, it was a wonderful experience. I went to the Madison Heights store twice and was patiently and professionally assisted by April and Cecelia. When I went to the Novi store, I finally found the right dress with the assistance of Kate. She was lovely!
What started out a little rough, with the rude person in the front of the store, ended up being a wonderful experience. Penni couldn’t have been any greater or more helpful than she was! Future brides or bridesmaids should ask for her!!
Omg I had the best experience ever! Shana was my consultant and she made me so comfortable. I tend to get extremely anxious while shopping and she made me feel really calm and relaxed. I was never pressured, she remembered everything I asked for and she gave me incredible advice. It was my first day of dress shopping and I found “The One” within the hour. I truly do not feel like I would have found my dress if it wasn’t for her. Thank you so much Shana for helping me say yes to the dress!!
My daughter was at the Novi location to pick up her bridesmaid dress. The girl at the front desk was VERY rude to her. My daughter asked her if she could try it on and she replied that there were no rooms to try it on and that she should just take it home with her and then make an appointment if she needed alterations. My daughter was like what ?? Anju was such a great help finding a wedding dress for my big day. I only had to try on 5 dresses! She asked what I liked about each dress and what I didn't like. She went and grabbed me a dress she thought I would like and I absolutely loved it! I didn't want to take it off! I can't to wear it! Thank you so much for your help and a fun time, Anju!
