Todays experience was amzing. Alexcia was amzing. She was working with multiple parties and you couldnt even tell. She was on top of everything, she had or found all the answers we needed. Shes was the best!

A mistake was made by an employee that caused me to have extra alterations at an extra charge but David's Bridal chose to make things right by refunding me for a special alterations charge that could've been avoided in the first place. I do appreciate the fact that they realized this was not my fault and should not have been charged for it in the first place. I understand that mistakes happen and I'm glad they realized the person at fault was not me and refunded my money. My dress looks beautiful. Thank you.
