Everyone who worked there was very pleasent, they all have great customer service skills. I would give them a higher rating but when I asked to have my dress mailed to me, it never arrived. After two weeks of waiting, i called to see what was going on. They never sent it out.

At first I got very little help from anyone and was ready to give up after trying on 4 dresses. Once the girl was done with her other customer she did a wonderful job and I found my dress through her help. She is a very sweet and knows how to find the perfect dress!! Good experience after about an hour or so. Could have used a little more help with small details like your invitations you offer, etc.

Such an Awful exsprience today ... I can't believe you can't try on wedding dresses until you find the dress you love! When you are going to pay over $1,000. cash for a wedding dress you should be able to try them on untill you find the right one... You only get married once! How can you tell someone picking their first and only wedding gown that you have tried on too many dresses!!! It's time for you to leave???? I recently wrote a review to David’s Bridal concerning the issues I had. The next day I got a call and they were willing to work with me and get my dress the way I wanted it to be. I went into David’s bridal having no hope for my dress, when I left I had a smile on my face. They did the best they could for my dress and explained that there was some error in the manufacture of my dress. I went to David’s Bridal to get my dress altered, it was too big. At this point I was willing to pay them anything to fix my dress. I had to pay an extra fee because I needed my dress before 4 weeks. I stopped in a week earlier to see if it was by any chance done early. And sure enough it was done. The day that dress got done being altered I should’ve gotten a call. With Covid-19 lots of brides had to reschedule their weddings. My girls were invited to be flower girls to my cousin's wedding, and I was in charge of getting all the dresses for them and the other flower girls. The wedding had to be postponed. The store told me that I was allowed to exchange the dresses for even-exchange for other flower girl dresses and that I was also allowed to exchange for jr. bridesmaids/bridesmaids' dresses as the kids grew in the last 2 years.
