My daughter and my experience at davids bridal was the worst customer service experience you could imagine. We had a 2pm appointment and it was chaos at the front desk. Karen, the manager, told us it was our lucky day because she was going to help us. She put three dresses in the room for my daughter. She tried on one that was too small. Horrible service when trying on wedding dresses for the first time, ruined my experience. Consultant was never around, she was rude, no one made me feel special or even ASK what I liked or was looking for. I could go on forever about how horrible my experience was. My full ONE STAR review is on Yelp. Will NEVER go back.
Walked in not knowing we needed an appointment..I mean come on this isn't kleinfelds...anyways, we were browsing and went to the front desk area excited because my future sister in law is getting married and it's a big deal...the lady was like uh do you have an appointment?
