My experience at David bridal was great I was able to find my dress and when my appointment was over my consultant took some time to help me with some ideas about the bridesmaids dress and she was not trying sell everything in store.
I'm honestly not sure how this location has so many 5 star reviews. I'm relieved to know that some brides had a pleasant experience here. Unfortunately, I was not one of them. This location should be embarrassed of themselves. The dresses were all dirty and ripped - I actually felt bad having the two bridesmaids I brought along try them on. It was impossible to get an idea of what the dress would actually look like, because the ones at this location were so ratty. I would give this store a thousand stars!!!! The manager LATICIA was UNBELIEVABLE!!!! She made my daughter feel so special, and so great about herself!!!! My daughter is heavy and is losing weight, she is having a sweet 16 in September and was not so happy to find a dress!!! When we walked in the lady at the desk WANDA Was wonderful, and it just continued from there!!!! I THANK YOU LATICIA AND WANDA for making this hard experience so GREAT!!!!!!YOU ARE TRULY GENUINE PEOPLE!!!!!��������
I visited Davids Bridal on two different occasions and had the same experience both times. I went to David's bridal for bridesmaid dresses and chose them because I have bridesmaids who live out of state and I wanted to make it easier for them to get their dress. If it weren't for this, I would have chosen another place. They had very nice dresses, were reasonably priced and offered plenty of colors to choose from. I was in your Springfield, NJ store yesterday to buy a dress for my son's wedding. I was greeted by Katherine who proceeded to tell us that we had to sign in so they would get credit. She pointed us in the direction of the dresses and that was it. When I would a dress I went to the register to purchase it. I asked if it would be possible to iron the dress as it was a wrinkled mess. My first time there I met with Tomyka and she was great. She listen to exactly what I wanted, she picked out a dress that I didn't initially pick but I was very open to suggestions low and behold that ended up being my dress and I'm so happy that she found it for me because it's amazing! It fits me perfectly and it's not too much not too subtle it's just right. We walked in and didn't even get a welcome. Yet there was two employees at the door. We walked in towards the left of the store in hopes of someone that works there to approach us. Sadly it never happened. We felt discriminated. Judged us why BC of our apperance. Never again will we come back to this place. To think that I was going to spend my money in this place for my wedding dress and my brides maids.
