I live in Alabama and I have an event that came up last minute. My sister lives in Fayetteville, so I took my chances at calling to see if they had anything in store that could purchased and shipped to me by my sister. Melody was a gem! She was very helpful and so very patient with me over the MANY phone calls trying to find a black dress in the size that I needed. She was so sweet, professional, helpful and courteous. I needed a last minute alteration and Sonia in alterations did my wedding dress update wonderfully and in literally 5 minutes. She was also very kind and personable.

She was very helpful throughout my whole experience, answered all of my questions and was patient.
