This was going to be an awful review about how my mother and I were completely ignored by several employees sitting around and doing nothing, with only two other parties in the store during a slow time of day. RecommendedI had Jennifer Goodman helping me and she did an outstanding job! I came in with a crowd of people (10) and Jennifer did a great job facilitating and making sure I did not get overwhelmed. She suggested my bridesmaids look for their dresses while only a select few came with me to hunt dresses. That was such a HUGE help! Then, we all met back at the dressing rooms for me to try them on. Jennifer asked questions to help me figure out my style, etc and was very encouraging! I give 5 stars!

Made my appointment for today this morning. Got there and corrie helped me find a wonderful dress in my budget and was very sweet and patient. The manager Jennifer Campbell was very sweet and helpful too.
The staff were so accomadating to my sassy little flower girl and helped her pick our the perfect princess dress!
I am a 42 year old first time bride and was super indecisive as to what I wanted. Annette was amazing at helping me find what would work for my body type and the look I was going for. I ended up saying yes to the dress and couldn’t be happier with my experience.
Spartanburg was a bit weird. I didn’t have an appointment so I was given one and rushed out of the store. Upon returning they were busy. Another walk-in received help. One sales person had 3 clients while two others took off to lunch. I was left standing in a room with no mirrors several times. I was left with no dress to try on several times.
