They told me I could pay a fee to be able to return the prom dress because my daughter was unsure. I gave them the dates for her prom and they said that was fine that I had time while she decided to go with a different dress today was prom. I went to return the dress to them that she didn’t want and they said it’s been too many days. Apparently I had 30 days but they never told me that when I purchased the dress and they knew when the date of her prom was because they asked, I would not trust anything they said in here.
Let me start by saying, I am a plus size Bride. I came in for a first time Bridal Appointment Monday. I was shocked at what few dresses were available for me to try on, but was even more surprised that they didn't have but 1 of the dresses I was interested in to try on! My consultant acted like she didn't want to deal with me from the beginning by saying "oh honey if you arent feeling it, we don't have to do this today" but I drove 2 hrs for the appointment so "not feeling it" wasn't an option, as well as the sale was ending... read more

We went in to look at bridesmaids dresses and were not offered any help. They gave their undivided attention to every other party in the store but we had an appointment. Told us to look around and never came back to check on us.

I had a great experience at David’s bridal! The staff was very very nice and very helpful and welcoming, the young girl who took care of my mom and I Shay was awesome and very helpful!! I would highly recommend David’s bridal too any friend!!

I am very unhappy with the services I have received at this location. I bought my dress from you then scheduled another apt to have my bridesmaids dresses picked out. While me and my bridesmaids were there we were greeted shown to a dressing room and left alone for the entire process. NO HELP! That was unacceptable.
