It was a PLEASURE having Sarah help us (wedding party) today! She’s so sweet & very PATIENT! We had a fairly large group and she got the job done! Hopefully she’ll be the one to assist us throughout this process! Once again, she did an OUTSTANDING JOB! She’s the kind of employee that any retail store will be BLESSED to have! You accomodated our every request. You did alterations on 3 dresses for us and we are highly satisfied. Your employees were very professional and beasy to work with.
Sales lady was great. Only issue I had was that just because I wanted to do layaway instead of a David Bridal card, which I would never use again, I had to take the floor dress. I could not have a new one ordered because I did layaway. They made me feel that I was not as important as anyone else. That my money was not as good. Even though I am paying full price for the floor dress that everyone has tried on. Which is an issue for me, but I did get that one because of my friend getting married.
