Just worked with Dianna (not sure of the spelling) but she was so GREAT! Working with multiple groups at once and she made sure to keep us all her priority even with me not having an appointment! Customer service at its absolute best!

I did not have an appointment today but Melissa was SO helpful with me. She truly went above and beyond. I had many questions about styles/colors/alterations/availability and she was very knowledgeable, kind, and patient. I will be back for an appointment soon.
Everything perfect! The sales assistant was wonderful. Donna in alterations was amazing. I have 6 grandsons so I will be back for their weddings. Very clean salon.
This was my first dress alterations appointment (Gainesville, FL); first and foremost, my alteration girl, Barbie, was absolutely wonderful! She was kind, patient, and friendly; she made us feel like family by conversating with my mom and I. And then, when I unfortunately starting feeling unwell, like I was going to pass out (bc I was standing straight and I locked my knees which restricts the blood flow), she was so attentive and she reassured me that it happens often. Fantastic! Staff were super super nice. On the other hand, facilities need some working- apparently people trying on dresses getting overheated and nauseous is a daily occurrence. It happened to me! I think the dressing rooms should have some fans above to help keep cool and the thermostat should be kept a couple degrees cooler. Staff shouldn't ever have to deal with clients almost puking and passing out on them from overheating. Megan deserves a raise!! I went to get my prom dress today and she found me the perfect dress! I have never felt more confident and excited. She was super helpful and made the whole process more enjoyable. I will definitely recommend this location to my friends and family.
So let me first start out saying I’m not a wedding person, Don’t get me wrong I love my fiancé and can’t wait to be married to him... but trying on dresses is not something I was excited about... but that all changed with Kevin the stylist at David’s Bridal.
