The store was a bit busy, but with Ezra as my stylist, I was made to feel so welcome and comfortable. Ezra was knowledgeable, helped me find THE ONE DRESS, and overall really added to my experience at David's Bridal. They were a great stylist, I recommend you ask for Ezra! I was expecting more of a selection of dresses, but now I am happy there wasn't more, it was the perfect amount to look through. Any more would have been to overwhelming. :)

Patty Faulkner was the consultant that I had the greatest pleasure of getting to know while we both worked together to find the perfect dress for me. She was not at all forceful or pushy with getting you to buy the most expensive dress. She was gracious and kind, worked with my budget, and made me feel right at home. It was a wonderful experience shopping with her and I would highly recommend her. Go see Patty!

This David's Bridal was wonderful in helping me to get the perfect dress for my daughter, for prom. I had gone to another store, and needed a different size. Kaylee from Chattanooga helped me to get the correct size shipped to me. My daughter and I are beyond excited to have found the "perfect" dress. She went beyond to make sure that my daughter's prom would be a memorable event. Thanks so much! Thanks so much!

My future Daughter in Love and I went to David's Bridal this afternoon. We were given a warm welcome and signed the login and were given a tote bag with some information regarding weddings. Olivia was assigned to take care of us. For the next hour and a half, Olivia and Deb took great care with us and were extremely helpful in choosing the right wedding dress and accessories. We were so blessed by David’s Bridal Chattanooga today! Ashley G. was our stylist and she instantly made me feel at ease and felt like she was just one of the girls trying on dresses with us. Everyone was so accommodating - seriously impressed by the customer service from the second we walked in the door.

Mary- Anne is Awesome! After trying to order online and calling four locations where no one bothered to help me, but did manage to say NO, I got Mary-Anne. She went above and beyond. She told me she could not only get ALL 8 pair of my bridesmaid's shoes but ship them to my home. I spoke to 5 representatives before her, and she fixed my issue with ease. I went Friday to look at dresses for the first time and fell in love with the one I bought! Ashley was AMAZING! She answered all questions, knew each dress that I tried on, etc. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received and the dress I purchased.

Patty and Tara were phenomenal! They saved the day- literally! Our other bridesmaid dresses from another company and they never arrived. Patty helped us find dresses last minute and was super helpful!!!!
