Upon arriving to a VERY busy store my friends and I were taken to an area that soon became our home for while. Emily helped a sweet lady's dream come true. She LISTENED to what she like and what she didn't. She was patient and excited. Another consultant (possible management) came by as a hit and missed, again listening to the needs of someone that is young, nervous and indecisive! Everyone was polite, helpful and resourceful! Got my daughter's prom dress yesterday. Thank you so very much Emily P. Emily was so very sweet understanding and patient. My daughter is not easy to shop with but she made it wonderful. I got to attend my daughter's apt here to pick out her wedding dress. We had Sarah and she was amazing. She didn't stop trying to find that perfect dress for my girl. Then she found that one that brought almost the whole team over and it was the one.. The jaw dropper.. She Rung Her Bell! My daughter picked out three prom dresses she liked on the David's Bridal website. We went to the Johnson City store in search of the one. We were greeted by their friendly staff and Emily S. was assigned to us as our designer. She helped my daughter find two of the dresses and looked in their system and made a call to see if the one my daughter really wanted was available anywhere else. My daughter selected her dress and we were in and out in 30 minutes. THANK YOU Emily S. & THANK YOU David's Bridal!

I went here yesterday. My stylist jerri i cant even say enough great things about. Ive been late both times this woman always manages to have time for me. And made my bridesmaid feel so comfortable. She went all out and fitted me even though i didnt get my dress here. She found me the right undergarments jewelry. Helped me feel better about the decisions i made. Even let me ring the bell. So, I was extremely hesitant about going to a Davids Bridal, mainly because of the one where I live gives terrible service. However, I am so glad I went in on January 28. Sarah was an amazing consultant, and helped put me in the dress of my dreams. The managers, the staff, everyone has been more than helpful. Shortly after purchasing my dress, we found out I was expecting a little bundle, and they immediately tried to help with ordering a size up in my dress and offering to help with alterations in any way.
