I got my bridesmaid dress altered within 2 weeks. Alterations on shoulder and waist were perfect. The zipper on the dress was low quality and causing issues so Beth replaced it on the spot. She's amazing!

I believe her name was Shelby. She is was absolutely amazing! So helpful, understanding & considerate! She made it so easy to say "yes" to the most amazing dress for my wedding day & then helped me pick the dresses for my bridesmaids that just so happened to be clearance dresses & called 5 different stores finding the right color in the right size for everyone. The lady that assisted us was courteous & helpful. Every woman knows the effort shopping for a formal dress is both physically & emotionally. To our disbelief we both found our dress on the first try!!! The staff added to & helped make a special day even better. Thank you David's Bridal !!!
11 days away from my wedding and found out the dresses I had picked out and that were supposed to be ordered 13 weeks ago from my home town bridal shop were never ordered, (after me and 3 other people had been asking on a daily basis for 4 weeks where they were.) In a stressed panic my maid of honor and my soon to be mother in law showed up at David's Bridal without an appointment and they treated us just like we did.
