The girl who help my daughter was a real gem she really was a great employee and help us.nothing bad to say.accept she was wonderful.

I have come here for two bridesmaids dresses and alterations. They are fantastic. Friendly, accommodating staff especially in the alterations department. I wish I had shopped at this location for my wedding dress, I think my experience would have been better than it was.

I just bought my wedding dress from North Olmsted Davids. I didn't not have a good experience with another Davids Bridal and decided to check this one out. I did not have a appointment, was literally just looking. But the staff there took great care of me and my family as soon as we walked in. Danielle at David's Bridal - N. Olmsted, Oh. was amazing! She was extremely helpful and extremely patient...I mean, I took 3 hrs of her time for God sake! Danielle's customer care is impeccable; all of her recommendations were on point! She didn't try to sale me things for a commission. At first we were slightly rushed. I wanted to walk around and look at dresses styles and wasn't really given the time to do so. I was rushed back to changing room with not a true idea of what I was looking for. Alexis was the woman who worked with me. Super nice. Very outgoing. Helped me in and out of dresses. Ended up finding my dress and I'm totally happy with it!! I just wish I had more time to look at the beginning to select a few more styles to try on.
