I’m actually amazed that you have a 4.8 star rating. I wish our group and the bride-to -be received the bridal experience all of the other ones that rated you high received. We walked into your store without a greeting. We had an appointment and we were just told to wait to the side until they could locate my daughter’s Consultant. Shaylynn was my daughter‘s consultant. Absolutely horrible experience! Two months before our wedding they call to say they dresses we already paid for months ago have been discontinued and they can’t guarantee any replacements! Horrible customer service! Had the audacity to tell us they knew months ago but failed to call us or make this right in any way! Complete garbage!
