Loved our experience at the Fort Wayne Indiana store! She was so kind, extremely helpful, and VERY patient! She made sure that we had exactly what we wanted for my silver anniversary vow renewal! RecommendedI recently ordered a bridesmaids dress from David's Bridal. When the dress came in, it was found that the wrong dress was accidentally ordered (the style numbers are very similar), and I did not realize the mistake until I arrived at home. I called and spoke with Michelle and she was extremely helpful! she immediately looked up my information and ordered the correct dress. She allowed me to return the incorrect dress the next day, and made the entire process easy!

I stopped by David’s Bridal this evening to select a pair of earrings and a purse for an upcoming wedding (mother of the bride) and was assisted by a young man by the name of Chance. He was absolutely phenomenal and really knew his stuff! I was amazed at his eye for color and detail, and he saved me from buying the wrong thing! If I ever need help along those same lines in the future, I will be sure to seek him out specifically. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing assistance!
