Went to try on wedding dresses with my mom on Saturday morning right when they opened. Was the first time I ever tried any on and wasn't sure what styles/colors/fabrics would work best. Didn't end up getting one that day, even though there was one I really liked...still a lot of time for me to search. But my consultant's name was Katie and she was such a great help the whole time, so nice and did so much work helping us out! Megan was great!! She went over and beyond so helpful. Even found what i needed.
I came in for simple and easy, and that's exactly what I got. No pressure to get into a dress I didn't want or couldn't afford. Was a great experience.
I found one dress online and new I just had to try it on. They saved it for me until I could get there and were very accommodating at the appointment I made. Very friendly, easy-going and never once pressured me into anything. I've been into other David's Bridal and they were awful (poor service). I would recommend Eau Claire to everyone!
Amazing experience. I was very nervous to start but the staff at davids bridal was amazing and made me feel very relaxed, it was as if they knew exactly what I wanted. Thanks David's bridal.
