I came in here last week with my grandmother and my two daughters and had the BEST costumer service I have ever had in any bridal shop. We were helped by Bethany, and let me tell you she went above and beyond any expectations I had. Not only was she patient with all the dresses I wanted/didn't want to try on, but she listened to what I wanted and what I absolutely didn't want. Successful shopping experience. Appreciate the flexibility of the staff as we did not have an appointment but transitioned as a group after a disappointing experience at a local bridal shop. Narissa was very helpful. Terry won the day by suggesting a dress that made the last of the bridesmaids smile and called to other stores to find the size social dress needed for a sorority formal coming up in a few weeks then initiating a charge/ship. All of the young ladies said yes to a dress!
