Despite all the horrible reviews I've read I have to say my experience was incredibly awesome! The key is patience! When I came in for my appointment I wasn't helped right away but they were constantly reasuring me they would be with me asap. They did! And my consultant was amazing. She did leave occasionally to check on another bride, but that was understandable and gave me time to hear my family's opinion.
