I went to this location on Saturday and I had the worst experience! 1st- Nobody greets you when you walk in, so you DON'T feel welcomed. 2nd- nobody tries to help you. I asked a lady that worked there where I could find wedding dresses that are mainly used for destination weddings/at the beach and she didn't want to help she told me that the dresses I had in my hand were it. 3rd- I went back to look at more dresses on the rack and the lady asks me what I'm looking for and I told her I was just looking and she has the nerve t... read more
Will never return to this place! Had an appointment scheduled at 11am and the store reps left the store at 10:56am after seeing us waiting outside and fully ignored us even when I told them we had an appointment. The manager then told us well we open at 11am. They over booked apps, so our bridal rep didn't give our bride her full attention! And was mad we helped her instead! Appt. at 2 p.m. on Saturday, January 9th for bridesmaid dresses. DISASTER. This store overbooks, and assigns too many customers to their "specialists." The lady at the check in desk was asked TWICE to page our "specialist". She did not do this on our 1st request. She did do it on the 2nd request. Either way it was a 1 1/2 hour disaster with nothing purchased. We were crammed into a single dressing room for 3 bridesmaids. There were brides and their parties all over the place. My two granddaughters and visited the store today with no appointment with the intention just to look. Only one other person was trying on dresses. We were told that we could have an appointment in about 30 minutes if we chose. We waited our turn while looking at a few dresses. The oldest granddaughter to be married found 3 dresses. When our turn, they had us go to the back to help her try on her dresses. They were very elegant on her. They don't take up enough time with one customer. Try to wait on to many customers at a time
The employees at this location are rude, stuck up, bossy, and disrespectful. These dresses cost too much to be treated poorly. Go to the Hurt location. They are much nicer!
