If I can give no stars I would. Worst place ever I walked in yesterday and you go in they ignore you. While no one in the store.. Then you ask to see a dress and they "need to ask permission to show you the dress" . Walked out and highly recommend for people to go else where. Managers please show your staff customer service. A customer doesn't go in to buy a $$ dollar dress they go to spend $$$$ And the service is zero.

You all have some of the Rudest "customer service/sales reps" in person and by phone.
Whatever they say is invluded in what you buy, make sure you get it in writing. I was told my alterations would be free since i got my Wedding dress there.... Turned out to be false. Now I have to soend more money to find someone to alter my couture dress before my wedding.
Horrible service! Sales rep had us waiting to tell us they couldn't take us because we needed an appointment. That could of been said to us as we walked in, but instead they had us wait. Bridal store had very few customers so no excuse is accepted. What a waste of time and they just lost a customer!
Second request to have my shoes dyed ivroy and picked up yesterday and yet again they are dye they are dyed the wrong color
First of all I called to make an appointment 6 weeks ahead, the lady took down all of my information and said that if she had a problem making the appointment then she would call me. I never received a call so I thought that every thing was well and I called to verify 3 weeks after that, and my appointment was never made. So I had to wait to make it again. A horrible experience. We went the first time to look at bridal gowns. I was expecting it to be busy and chaotic, which it was- but the salesperson they matched me with was MOST unhelpful. She only helped with getting dresses of the rack, my sister in law did the rest. She half-heartedly tossed a veil that I said I didn't want on my head. I seriously have no idea why other broads are having problem with this particular store but I may have found the source of the issue at hand. I walked into the store about 2 months ago with two coworkers. My hubbytobe and I decided on a December wedding.
