Employees aren't very friendly the STYLIST that helped us wasn't much help she had a sour face kept her distance didn't talk much I rather return to David's Bridal unless Bess is on duty in I had an appointment back in Sept when Bess helped me with fitting of bridal dresses she was an AWESOME help Yesterday Dec 23 I had an appointment for my bride's maids the young girl that helped wasn't any help. We booked appointments for my daughter and her bridesmaids at the Wedding Expo and received appointment cards. When they called to confirm, the times they confirmed did not match our appointment cards. When we arrived for our appointments, they didn't have us scheduled at all. They told us they could squeeze us in. Thanks for "squeezing us in" to appointments that you made with us. � They were very busy so, of course we had to wait. The staff was horribly rude. I traveled 7 hours for my 6 bridesmaids and my grandma to try on dresses. Not one person was nice or friendly. They made us feel extremely uncomfortable. After we picked out all the dresses, without anyone speaking to us, we approached them for a dressing room. Let me just clarify... we needed 1 dressing room, not 7. Worst customer service ever!! They let us look at the dresses, but then told us they didn't have time to let us try them on. Rude, unprofessional and a complete waste of a 4 hour trip. That's ok we had a good experience somewhere else and found everything we needed. Don't waste your time here!!
This was the worst place we have ever been to. The staff is rude!! After driving 4 hours to get here they said they did not have time for us to try on dresses. Honestly, they ruined my daughters day. The great thing is that we went somewhere else that glady took $3000 worth of business.

Went in March. My friend was trying to find her wedding dress. The lady was very nice. When we told the lady our budget was 800 dollars she turned rude and started ignoring us. We were hoping to try a few dresses. When another bride to be, who was overheard saying she was willing to pay up to 5000 for a dress, we stopped getting service. I am now engaged and because of the experience we had with my friend for only having 800 dollars for her dress I will not be buying my dress from David's Bridal. Worst customer service ever. I ordered a dress from the store online with my rep and when I got it it was wrong. When I went to the store for help they did nothing
I would give less than this if possible. Today I Had an appointment at 3 for bridesmaids dresses at you're Albuquerque location. I asked if I would be able to maybe try on a dress. Might I mention this was my very first time looking at wedding dresses in my life??? Well I hadn't even been there in the store more than 2 minutes when I was rudely told "we don't have time for you to try on dresses" the lady that worked with us seemed very impatient and in a hurry.
