If you are a bride 3 days before your wedding looking for under garments for your wedding dress just go to David's bridal.1. The cost is relative to everyone else 2. You don't have to waste a whole day like I did Hahahha. Also if you have the chance to work with Madison you are in great hands she even pulled my dress after glancing at 1 photo of it to help me decide if the corset was the look I wanted. Thank you Madison, you made my stress deminish as soon as I walked in the door.
Sara was GREAT!! Such a good experience today looking for bridesmaid dresses!! We arrived early and we're helped promptly and directed to the poster where we chose the styles we wanted along with the colors! Sara was so helpful and just had an overall positive energy which was reflected onto our entire appointment! It was supposed to be a wholesome experience but was very let down. The lead or manager who checked us in was giving us attitude since the start and wasn't welcoming. They only let us have 2 bridesmaids in their back fitting area but when we made appt, we informed them there was 6 bridesmaids coming and they didn't inform us of this 2 person limit. Hello . I return 2 dresses and the refund was possible mail to me in a check but it been 2 months I have NOT received the check. I paid with cash..I am very frustrated and upset about this stupid refund policy.
I had an appointment at David's bridal and my whole appointment was rushed and I was left wandering and confused as to what to do and where to go. To be clear, my appointment was later in the day and I had availability earlier so I called and asked if they had an earlier time slot and they said yes, to come in, so I did. I'm only giving David's Bridal 2 stars because this was my first time at their new location & it's better HOWEVER don't go here if friendly service is important to you. I didn't have an appointment but I just wanted to look around but the selection wasnt great. My biggest issue (and I wish I would have gotten her name) an older Asian woman was at their front desk and she was very rude! She was not welcoming whatsoever and very judgemental. I will not go back here.

Don't know what's so hard about doing your job. Ordered something and went to the store to pick up, i ask the girl for a receipt or if she could email me a copy in case it doesn't fit. She said i should have gotten a receipt. I wouldn't be asking if i had a receipt and she wouldn't do it, nor would the girl on a knee scooter they didn't have any customers in the store but just wouldn't do it.
