Awful experience with bridesmaids dresses!!!we were pushed to order eight months in advance because they couldn’t guarantee color couldn’t guarantee anything said when we would make the order the dress would be here in six weeks, called to figure out where the dresses are, and they said well they might not be here in time for the wedding so we gave the dress that was already made to a bridesmaid who had a wedding sooner!!! RecommendedMy daughter flew from Hawaii for a mother daughter picking out her wedding dress. It came in the wrong color and told her the reorder wouldn't be ready until June. Her wedding is in MARCH!!! She had to pick a different dress over the internet AND had to pay extra for their mistake for a new dress. I am a Wedding Venue owner and I will not recommend any of my brides go to Davids bridal. My heart is broken for my daughter. As a mom, I am thoroughly pissed!!!!
Definitely not! Beware they have a 7 day return policy after purchase date— not the day you actually receive your product. Their customer service reps are condescending and absolutely rude. Was told no exceptions, even if COVID prevented you from coming in and making the return timeframe. But I can exchange up to 60 days. Unbelievable! Terrible policy. Will never purchase a thing from them again and will not recommend to anyone else.
