Recommendedon 11/25/2022 Sara without the H was absolutely amazing to me and my soon to be sister in law, she went above and beyond . she was there for me and very attentive and down to earth I am truly thankful for her and the manager when we first walked in while we were waiting on Sara they both rocked it and I found my dream dress and I cried and she cried with me it was truly a tear jerk moment <3 ❤️ and I must say she met all expectations and she really helped me and went TRULY ABOVE AND BEYOND

Bought my dress off the front mannequin at the Gunbarrel Rd store in Chattanooga. I can’t remember her name (we bought my dress in August of last year!) but the girl who helped me was AMAZING with helping me. Fast forward to the beginning of September and I get a call from them asking to reschedule my alterations appointment. At first I agree but something tells me to call back and change it to the original date. Good thing I did because we had to make some HEAVY alterations! I went with my son's fiancee and her family and friends (all female, of course) to shop for a gown. I was impressed with the sales staff's professionalism and helpfulness. Kudos to them and their positive attitude. We worked with Memorie and she did a great job.

I went today to buy my dress. I worked with Emily. She was very helpful, not too pushy, and made the experience stress free for me.
