RecommendedI’m giving 4/5 stars only because I’m a little sad my wedding dress came in a white plastic garbage bag instead of a proper garment bag which I thought it would come in. And I’m just a little surprised that my mom was able to buy a dress from a mall for way less than what my wedding dress was worth and she received her dress in a garment bag without asking for one. Other than that no complaints, had a good experience, the lady that helped us was super sweet.

The staff is professional, helpful & knowledgeable. They really went above and beyond. If something wasn’t in their store, they checked inventory at nearby stores. They have a wonderful collection of gowns & accessories.

Jackie was fantastic and so fun! I’d been dress shopping a few times before and was really discouraged. Jackie helped me feel excited about trying dresses on again. She helped us find my dress and also the bridesmaids dresses! I can’t thank her enough. I was ready to invite her to the wedding by the time our appointment was over.
