After explaining the situation I was in she really took the time to help me find a new dream wedding dress and I can’t thank her enough! Crystal was absolutely amazing with my daughter and us, her “entourage”; myself, both her Aunts and her best friend! Crystal looked at the dresses she had already added to a favorites list, and showed her each one, to see if she really wanted to try them on, and several she did not. I would recommend. We went on a Saturday afternoon, it was extremely busy. Im not sure if they overbooked appointments or they were short staffed that day. Our consultant Megan G, did awesome. When I asked about alterations to be done there, I was told they were booked for alterations. Another consultant gave us the name of express alterations but could not give us the address or location of this business. She pointed out the window and said its over there somewhere. As you know trying to plan a wedding during this pandemic is a nightmare. My wedding is a day i've dreamed about since i was a little girl. It’s been extremely hard to plan all the details with all this uncertainty going on with covid. I have a large bridal party with 12 girls 3 which live out of state. great selections of all kinds of lovely gowns, dresses, for ANY occasion, even girls. Very impressed. they have shoes, accessories, fun things too, etc..
