I went in recently due to my pre-covid bridesmaids dress no longer fitting. Doreen was AMAZING even without us having a scheduled appointment. she laughed with us, made jokes but still very professional. This lady did everything she can to get me in a dress that I needed so badly. and although I didnt walk out with a dress (the color had been discontinued) she was phenomenal help. Also, the manager was just as much help! I will definitely return with dress needs as needed!!

When I arrived at David’s Bridal on Preston three weeks (ended up being two weeks) before my friend’s wedding I made sure they knew I had procrastinated far too long and was now in a pickle! Rosa checked every dress I liked to see if we could get it in on time and even attempted to rush it a little faster! I went into my appointment last Sunday thinking I wasn’t going to find my dress. There was absolutely NO way I could find the dress of my dreams in an hour. My amazing consultant, Danielle, did just that. She found me my dream dress in under an hour and I only had to try on 7 dresses. She took the pictures I wanted into heavy consideration and narrowed it down to TWO dresses that were absolutely perfect.
