I have gotten 5 of my 7 bridesmaids dresses here! Each & every time it’s been an AMAZING experience. Our consultant Erica is beyond helpful & the sweetest! Amazing Experience! I was in today with my sister as she was looking for her perfect dress. The ladies explained the process of dress ordering , alterations and return policy up front. Their professionalism & service was stellar. I would recommend that everyone shops at David's Bridal!

Daejah was the absolute best!! She is so patient and really takes her time to do a beautiful job with the alterations. Her attention to detail is exceptional! She made my appointment fun and enjoyable!! I am so pleased with her work and cannot wait to see what my dresses looks like when they are done! Thank you for a great experience!! Keara was great cashing us out. She took her time to make sure everything was correct and explained the preservation kit.

This place is great because of the people there...! I have 1 daughter and this day is so important. These people here treated her like the princess she is. Goodness and Good character aren't in the owners manual. These are traits from generations of parents teaching manners. Respect and care for eachother.... is worth a 2 hr drive. I went to another location and the service was horrible. After giving it another chance and coming to this location - it was the best decision! The manager, Chanell and her group were awesome!!! They did such a great job! They made me feel comfortable and because of that I didn’t feel so stressed. This is definitely the place to go if you’re looking for a dress! Customer service is so hard to find nowadays but at this location- they know what good customer service is all about!
