I was with my niece, Elizabeth McLucas for a fitting. I have never been so impressed with anyone as I was Alice in alterations. She has the kindest personality and was more than willing to do whatever it took to make the bride very happy. I visited the Springfield David's Bridal two different times this summer (once in July 2022 to begin my wedding dress search, then a second time in Sept. 2022 to try on my top choices again and purchase). I had a great experience at David’s Bridal this past weekend. I was in Saturday trying on dresses with Rosie. She was really friendly and so fun to work with. She was excellent at providing suggestions. I thought I had found the one Saturday and went back in Sunday to try it on one more time. This time Melissa was my consultant. She too was excellent at listening to my hopes in a dress. She could sense my hesitation in the dress and helped me to figure out what I felt was missing.
