There was not one negative thing I could say about this place. The associate helping me gave the best customer service I have ever experienced. She listened to me and asked questions and made the whole experience that much more special. She was very knowledgeable and I loved the fact she was afraid to ask her manager for a suggestion! Such a great team and amazing atmosphere. Although I did not find “the dress” here it certainly was not from lack of trying.
Bought my dress from here and the girl who helped was so amazing she is normally in customer service but she got skill and friendly and amazing found the perfect dress in Wilks Barry pa thanks so much girl !!!

I made an appointment a few weeks in advance and when I walked in someone immediately came over to help me. They got me checked in, told me I could go on and look around and someone would be right with me. A few minutes later Alisha Justice came over and told me she would be assisting me that day. I had an appointment today with bridal consultant, Earline. She was so pleasant and patient with me. We had to adhere to social distancing and wearing masks, but she was still able to give me one-one-one personal service.
