Recently I had the unpleasant experience of waiting for a mother of the groom dress to get delivered from an unnamed store. After several discouraging conversations with the customer service rep, I received the dress, almost 7 weeks after I ordered it. I had tried to cancel the order but was unable to do so. Violene is an amazing seamstress! She was professional, quick, and efficient! I am not the girliest of girls so she gave me great advice on how to wear the dress to ensure it lays on my body correctly and lays flat. My dress fit absolutely perfectly. The staff was very helpful. My stylist named Sadie tried her really best just to find my right dress. I was really happy cos i found the dress. I’m inlove with the design and this is what I am looking for. Also thanks to the store manager named Tessa I believe, she was so nice and supportive too.
