RecommendedLovely experience! Helpful personnel... I bought my gown! Would definitely recommend this store! One suggestion though: please tell your staff that the mask is practically non effective when worn under the nose, rather than on the nose (as your door greeter was wearing hers.)

I had an appointment the other week with Courtney. She was great!! Excellent customer service! Very upbeat, fun, friendly. She answered all of my questions without hesitation. I was a little nervous going to my appointment because I wasn’t too sure about getting a “traditional” dress and was worried I would be talked into something I wasn’t really wanting. I went in for a bridesmaid dress and Carolyn was amazing! She helped me find EXACTLY what I needed! Before we started looking at dresses.. she made sure to show me ones that were available in my color, size, material, and would be shipped in time for the wedding! Thank you so much!!

Went in today with my fiancé mother who will be getting married soon. Meredith was so sweet and helped her picked the perfect wedding dress. I was soaking it all in as next year is my wedding and I will be booking with Meredith. So I went back in May on the 9th I think and I went basically to have that moment with my mom. I already had a dress and wasn’t really expecting to walk out with another dress. I did though and if it weren’t for the incredible staff I would have never known what I was missing! The dress I originally had was from a local boutique in Florida, a messed up disaster and the stylist I had was rude and it was a terrible experience, but the one I found at David’s I wanted to run out of the store with it on 😅. I went in for the first time with a booked appointment to select a last minute dress for a last minute elopement. I know that sounds like a disaster waiting to happen but Renee and her team were absolutely accommodating, compassionate and understanding. Renee was willing to walk me through what I thought I wanted and still suggest the complete opposite and I loved it!
