I had my first fitting/alteration and SARAH WAS SUCH AN AMAZING HELP! She made me feel so comfortable and confident in my dress! She answered all my questions and didn’t judge my weird ones!! She was so great to work with and I appreciate her so much!! 💕

I’m not one to write reviews, but Kaitlyn and her team were the most attentive, accommodating, and FRIENDLY customer service team I have ever met. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed (on a cut to order dress in the middle of a pandemic, they’re ICONIC!) I could not recommend them more! 1000/10
