Oh my gosh, today was a momentous day for me! The mother of the bride! I was apprehensive as gown shopping is way out of my comfort zone, however Judy (god bless this woman) took me under her wing, helped with everything I needed all while being reassuring about everything from my gown to my earrings and everything in between!!! Stephanie Parsons was my stylist for my appointment this past week and not only was she friendly but KNOWLEDGABLE about all the bridal lines with history, styling for what I was looking for and she was patient and helped me try and find the perfect dress for my wedding. Unfortunately I found my dream dress at a more specialty bridal boutique, the overall experience was better that I anticipated and I was able to try on styles that would give me a better feeling on what I actually wanted. My mom and I walked in to get measurements and just look at their bridal dresses to get a feel on what I wanted. Destiny immediately jumped on us to help us out. We didn’t expect to try on anything since we didn’t have an appointment, but Destiny told me to pick out 5 and she’d get us started in a dressing room. I can’t thank her enough. She was so sweet and was a huge help to us. I found my dress yesterday all thanks to the wonderful staff, especially Destiny.
Yesterday was my first visit to the store. I was a complete nervous wreck to the point I was nauseated. Getting dolled up is not for me. I love my hoodies, and softball clothes. I had looked at the website hundreds of times and just knew the style I wanted. My consultant Nia was just the sweetest. She pulled all the dresses that my daughter, son and grandma picked out.
