I didn't get my dress from here bc the 1st location I went to gave me bad vibes. From the bad odor & filthy carpet, the small choice of dingy garments for myself & my bridesmaids, the small range of accessories, to the unenthusiastic staff I was just disgusted & not impressed with David's Bridal. But when I gave it a 2nd chance at the 2nd location I was so amazed at the difference of the 2 stores! I really felt cheated lol. The energy & environment was lighter & brighter. I walked into David’s Bridal not thinking I would purchase a dress there, but ready to try on styles. Jessica at the OKC Memorial and Penn location was so patient, calm, and attentive to making sure I had a good experience. I tried on about a dozen dresses and ended up not being able to part with one. It was perfect! They had me step up on the platform, close my eyes, imagine myself walking down the aisle, and then ring the “I found the dress” bell. It was a wonderful experience, when I went in nervous. Thank you, Jessica!
