Erin B., my consultant, was amazing at helping me find my wedding dress! She was very patient and really listened to the style of dress I liked, finding dresses that both matched what I suggested, plus more to show me what styles were out there. I had an awesome experience at David's Bridal stores in Georgia and Michigan. It was a journey so get ready! I was honored to be chosen as a Mistress of Ceremony at a formal event for a nonprofit. I had a wonderful experience at the Novi David's Bridal! I live in the Lansing area and had an appointment at the Okemos location shortly after I got engaged that went awful. My consultant was paying more attention to the bridesmaids appointment she was also dealing with, a flower girl kept running into my dressing room while I was changing because the lock didn't work, and the consultant was super impatient that I didn't want to buy the first dress I tried on or compromise and get a dress I didn't like. As a child I read fairy tales. I dreamed of being a princess. You know the one. Dressed in a gorgeous ball gown and dancing the night away. Fast forward 60 years. I decided I wanted to feel like that fairy tale princess. The company Christmas party is formal and was the perfect opportunity. I was very impressed at all the different dresses and sizes they had at the Novi store. Eric was very helpful. She brought me dresses she thought I would like by looking at the few I already picked out for myself. She scheduled my appointment with the seamstress for the alterations. The next day I met with the seamstress (Lina) and she even brought out a beautiful pair of shoes that matched my dress and I ended up buying those too. A very pleasant and successful experience.
