I had the pleasure of working with Victoria (Tori) at this location! My first visit was a couple of weeks ago and my bridal party overwhelmed me but Tori was friendly, patient, pleasant and more than accommodating. I was so frustrated, I left the store. My daughter and her bridesmaids and I went shopping for bridesmaids dresses, The greeter at the front of the store was very helpful and took all our information. Mercedes was assigned to us, she listened to our needs and was very cognecent of my daughters minimalist approach to weddings. Today my fiancé and I had the pleasure of working with Lisa as I shopped for (and found!) my wedding dress. I honestly was not interested in buying my dress at David's Bridal, but I went in there to look at bridesmaid dresses and decided to look for myself while I was there. I was very impressed with the layout and decor of the store, absolutely beautiful. Also, my consultant Melissa was so much fun to work with. I worked with Melissa at the Novi location and she was AMAZING. I went in with my maid of honor and bridesmaids just looking for ideas for styles and fits for bridal gowns. I ended up buying one the same day because I fell in love. She made it easy and comfortable to try on different styles and was helpful with any questions I had. I loved it! I'm so happy i came here!! I picked a beautiful dress and the lady who helped myself and my brides maids made sure we had a great time doing so!! Now the count down till the dress comes in and the big day thank you!!
Went back for a fitting for my daughter's wedding dress. Everyone was very nice and we made good memories. I will be back for a swanky Mother of the Bride dress!!
