We had issues with the bridesmaids session not being booked, but they did make room for our girls to try on dresses. I was not overly happy with the lady who was doing our session but she did end up accommodating what we wanted instead of what she wanted. The dresses were beautiful and we did purchase all of them from here.

I had a wonderful experience at David's Bridal. However I do have a complaint. After spending $1000++ on my dress I was surprised to find out that it didn't come with a garment bag. I feel like if you spend that much money on a wedding gown then it should come with a garment bag! A standard department store will give you a garment bag but I had to buy one for my wedding gown. That is ridiculous!

I have never had good experiences from Davids bridal and neither have any of my friends, so we do not typically go there. We went in this store on a whim and could not be happier ! Victoria Williams was amazing ! She was down to earth and fun ! The wedding process is a crazy one and she did a wonderful job making me and the people with me feel comfortable. I ended up leaving with two beautiful veils and a waist band. Thank you Victoria ! We will be back :)

On both my visits to this location the associates were warm and friendly. One helped me pick out my beautiful dress and celebrated with me... and the other helped me try it on when I picked it up a few weeks later. Both ladies made me feel special and I would recommend David's Bridal in Novi to any lady looking for a beautiful dress and great customer service. Thank you ladies! �

I came in today, accompanied by my Mom, to try on wedding dresses for the first time ever. I was a little nervous and really afraid that I was going to feel pressured to make important decisions on the spot. This was not at all the case. Melissa was absolutely amazing. She was so kind, so patient, and so helpful. First try i had an unpleasant experience with an employee but after a phone call to the manager Jenna i put that aside and decided to give them another try. I was set up with Meghan Bortle and I couldn't have been happier! I am a very indecisive person but she helped me narrow down the dresses that I did like to my top 3. She actually listened to what I had to say about each dress and took that in when selecting other options off the rack. I went dress shopping with my mom and brides maids to get my wedding dress and my bridesmaids dresses. My consultant was Melissa. She is amazing! She made the process smooth and easy! She was a pleasure working with! She knew so much and was patient while I was trying on dresses, she had me ring the bell when I found my dress! She was amazing helping us with my girls dresses.
