Very disappointed in this location. I'm in the beginning stages of wedding dress shopping (so excited!), but unfortunately felt "pushed to the side" by these employees not once, but twice. First, I went with my mom on a Wednesday. We walked in & were greeted by the front desk employee. She asked what we were in for (told her wedding dresses) & she proceeded to ask if I was registered yet. After 2 terrible appointments at the Flint location, the Novi store was a breath of fresh air. The store was beautiful and Neisha helped our Bride ring that bell! Thank you for everything Miss Neisha - you rock!

On 2/5/17 we had an appointment for 12:30 for the bridesmaids to try on dresses. Our consultant didn't come until it was nearly an hour after when it was suppose to start. She then told us that she had been looking for us for a long time when we had been standing at the front of the store the whole time. Next we went to the back and they told us we could only use four chairs and one dressing room... There were six bridesmaids, the bride and the two mothers. I have went in there three times now. All three times I received terrible service. Even after I called the manager Jenna and complained. The first time I went I was waiting on by Kayla. She was very rude, left us alone most of the time and only showed me three gowns. I told her I wanted a train and she only showed me one gown that had a train. Two stars because our stylist wasn't nearly as rude as the front of store staff. "Appointments are highly recommended, but I guess we can try to fit you in" in an empty store that only unlocked the doors five minutes prior.
Incredibly rude staff. Our questions seemed like an inconvenience to staff. Our consultant disappeared after bringing us sample styles, didn't offer to help any of us in/out of dresses. Will not be bringing my business back here.
rude sales staff called spoke with manager she didn't seam to care about anything didn't matter that we were unhappy with the service they provided wedding are supposed to be special I'll drive further to not have to deal with these people I will also he calling corporate beware don't even waste your time her go somewhere else
You will never receive another penny from me. All this store cares about is making Commission. How about you actually care about the people willing to put hundreds of dollars towards dresses and accessories. You measured me and my bridesmaids all wrong making us order bigger so you would make money off ripping us off even more in Alterations.
