When I checked in I felt like family. Brittany was amazing. Then I got to meet Emily who was wonderful and made me feel at ease in explaining everything. Lisa was great at explaining all my financial things. Dr Goldberg helped me understand what my next steps were and which type was better for me. He is amazing I decided to get my braces that day and Abby was so compassionate and made sure i was comfortable and explained things every step of the way.
My experience was great! The staff was welcoming and ensured I knew everything I needed to!
The facility was very clean, the decorations were nice. The staff as a whole were professional and kind. They were very quick in doing the exams and getting what they needed. Lauren was able to explain what do to proceed in an easy to understand way and to answered all my questions. She was very nice, very knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable as this is my first time getting braces. The bag and bottle were also very nice of them. Definitely a 10/10 experience.
Ms. Lisa was the best!! And Doctor Goldberg was very pleasant, love the atmosphere made my daughter very comfortable and happy the receptionist was great too glad my family found this place Thanks
From the moment I stepped off the elevator. I felt right at home . I was greeted by everyone at the desk. They all had smiles and appeared to be happy that I was there. Dr Sam was who I saw and she was great. She explained everything I needed to know about the health of my teeth and what to expect from and during treatment. Everyone was so nice, helpful & wonderful! Being in the medical field for over 20 years, it’s rare that you find providers who truly care & take care of their patients! There were no shortcomings when it comes to this office!!
Lisa and Dr Goldberg were both attentive and provided a clear understanding of the plan for improving the aestetics of my smile. The technician was very nice and helped me understand the insertion and removal of the Invisalign trays.
Lisa & Lauren were super nice to me answered all my questions, helped me get a dentist, explained everything thoroughly
