I had such a great experience at Davis & Goldberg Orthodontics! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and professional. The receptionist Kayla was absolutely wonderful — super friendly, patient, and made check-in smooth and stress-free. The treatment coordinator Lauren was incredibly helpful and really got the job done. She explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made the whole process feel easy and reassuring. My first visit to Davis and Goldberg this morning was an awesome experience! The team there knows how to treat you, they even offer Starbucks coffee! Jayme was sweet and patient with me during my pictures, X-rays, and scan process! Lisa and Dr Rekha was helpful with explaining my ortho treatment and any questions I had. Looking forward to my next visit in a week to get my braces!!
WOW!!!!! Heidi-Greeter/Tour Guide-Compassionate and created a calming atmosphere. Emily-X-rays/pictures-Very professional and thorough. Mandy-Treatment Coordinator-Explanation of proposed treatment very clear and precise. The positive interaction with all the staff is something you cannot teach….it come natural with some and this was an exceptional experience(positive).
Very pleasant and great at answering all questions with kindness for us newbies! Special thanks to Lisa, Mandy, Jayme, and Dr Muller.
The staff was very helpful and informative. The Dr office also is very nice and my 8 yr old never got bored and enjoyed the experience.
