Everyone I worked with or spoke to was courteous, friendly, and professional. My door was customized to my desires, crafted and installed quickly,and I haven't had a single problem with it since. It was a great experience all around and I will definitely recommend them to friends and family if they are ever looking for new windows or doors!
They were great. They really worked with us. They negotiated on giving us a good budget. They met our budget, and they worked with us; they found the windows that worked. They were pretty consistent. I remember pretty well the sales guy. He actually stayed in touch. I actually think we're going to need them again very soon because I want to get the rest of my windows done. Excellent. They came out, did the work, did what they said they were going to do, did a great job, and I have no complaints. They put windows in. Everything looks great. They had great follow up and were very concerned about how satisfied I was with the work. I'd give them an A.
I guess the product that they described is what they put in. It was easy, and we didn't have any problems. They installed windows, and it met my expectations. I would grade them an A.
I thought they did a very good job. Everything they said they were going to do they did. They forgot to do something that we thought—there were two installed at the same time, they forgot to put the second, but they came back and put it on there. Everything is good, the door is a good quality door, and I'm happy with it. I would grade them an A because they did a good job.
Davis Window came out when they said they would. They gave me a quote, and they stuck by it. They did a good job. They finished when they said they would. They replaced six windows in the front. I'd give them an A.
Their installers and their quality of work and their prompt service were good. They installed all the windows in our house. Everything looks good. All good. I'd give them an A.
I asked them to come back and do something, and they're going to do it, so their customer service is good. They put in two doors, storm doors. Everything looks good. I'd give them a B. It's hard to tell about their expertise. I don't know how to grade expertise.
