Dawn was a pleasure to deal with. She knows her loan information quite well and quickly understood our requests and needs and was quick with a response with multiple options for the various types of loans that were available to us. Once we dicided, she made the process simple to follow and to complete and had very good follow up and responsiveness.
Team VanDyk (Dawn and Brian) has got to be one of the best in the business. They are very efficient, timely, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. True professionals in their field. My loan package was challenging to put together, but their expertise and insight allowed for a streamlined process towards eventual loan approval.
