Dr.Nagar and staff are very nice and professional! I have never waited longer than 5 min in the waiting room, and when they bring you back, they get right to work! Sometimes going to the dentist can drive up ones anxiety, but this office is very laid back and comfortable. I have seen both of the hygienists and they both are great, very thorough, gentle and get the cleaning done promptly!
I had a very pleasant experience with the staff and the doctor! The facility was very clean, and the hygienist was very thorough and took a lot of care cleaning my teeth! It is great knowing there’s still people out there that do care about how you feel and that are willing to help you! They were all just great from the receptionist to the doctor!
Had a crown done, it has bothered me since I got it. Went back she said maybe it was my bite ? ground it down, charged me for office visit. Tooth was still hurting , went back again this time she tells me I have a cavity in tooth next to crown ? I ask her why this is the first time telling me this? I had 2 other fillings redone, & my teeth cleaned?? She did refer me to a specialist to have a implant done on a bottom tooth, which is not giving me any trouble and going to cost 3000$. From my first contact with the office they were efficient, professional, and kind. I had an urgent need for surgical approval and doctor scheduled appointment immediately. Additionally, I was worked in for necessary treatment and placed on a call list for in case I could get something earlier. The front office went above and beyond, I told her I was going to be self pay because while I have dental insurance I didn’t know who my company used. The office was spotless and ultra modern. The people working there were very friendly and efficient. Equipment is state of the art. Dr Nagar is very compassionate and welcoming!
