Very disappointed with my outcome had an anonymous amount of appointments for upper denture and still not right and now there not responding to my calls or texts so I'm jut gonna take the bad awful denture back and hope to get my money back this have been a very bad experience very nice and friendly people but there lab is really bad
They had no accommodations for people who use walkers or a wheel chair.
While I do greatly appreciate the capability to get my husband in within 24 hours. My husband said staff was polite. However I provided our insurance information prior to the appt. As well as it being on the paperwork provided when my husband checked in. My husband was evaluated and had xrays done. A treatment plan was then provided to my husband with an appt within 2 days. From the moment I walked in I was acknowledged. While the receptionist was busy on the phone they assistant was happy to answer my questions and when she didn’t have an answer the office manager politely jumped in. I agreed to be seen the doctor was just as pleasant. I
first visit. annual exam . waited 30 mins to be seen. annual exam but dentist did cursory look in maybe 2 mins. hygienist talked constantly even stopping to chat for 5 mins at a time about her personal issues.
Front desk is very rude they would not make me an appointment to get my crown inserted because they said they didn’t know when the lab would have it back
